Our processing time typically takes 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic (Canada/USA): 3-5 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details and instructions on how to start a return.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
To start a return, contact our customer service team at lakouart@lakouartstore.com. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Please include your order number when reaching out.
For domestic returns, we offer free return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. International return shipping costs are not covered at this time.
